Hi guys,
Here is my actual quiver
Light medium wind falcon 148 and S-type 7,8 460 mast
Medium high wind JP freesryle wave 86L combat 5,7 ice 5.0 and 4.2 400 mast
I recently change my light wind Sail from 9.8 V8 To the S-type 7,8 to reduce weigth and have something much easier To manoeuver and get a smaller gap between my 2 boards.I loose a bit on light wind but I plan to add a foil To get back the few wind kts lost.
With my 72kgs I am using the falcon until 16-18kts of wind but the Old JP is limit at 18kts less.
I am thinking changing the JP for the FSW stubby that similar shape as my tomo Vader use for kitesurfing but I am not sure on size if I go with the 85l I risk to keep the gap at this moment can I add a 6,6 on the falcon that match my 460 mast and be more confortable to reach 20kts as I not feel the falcon hard to drive it is much rig power.
Other option is going for the 95L and loose on high end but could the planning start around 16kts?
I Sailing in south Brittany (France), Belgium coast and Zeeland
What do you think?
Thank you
Sam
