As you mention it´s your coastal board - have you considered perhaps a Stubby 82, that would match your sail sizes and weight perfectly. A great board.
However, if you are set on the FW STB, I guess it´s about the same to tack, as it´s shorter, but wider in tail and nose, for sure easier in the waves and chop, similar top speed. Just requires a little more finesse with the back foot, i.e. not full pressure on back foot all the time and a slightly more upright stance/longer harness lines, which is anyway the modern trend and works better for all modern sails like the Super Hero.
For the sail sizes, your weight and presume years of experience, the 85 should feel better than the 95 when powered with the 5.3 and for sure on all smaller sails. The 95L I would reccomend only if you are over 90kg´s and mainly sailing in 4.7+winds, but you already have a bigger FW STB, so that is a good gap for sure.
