Hi there - ah, ok, understood - so you sold the 95 because it felt a bit too small for what you are looking for? Well, the 105 is 63wide, the Skate 66.5cm wide - very different rocker lines, the newer FW having less tail kick than the previous FreeWave STB models - so planing should be better than your older 95 model, whilst wave riding has also improved due to a narrower tail outline and a shifting of bottom rocker and rail shape. The 105 should be fine with 4.7 to 6.2, but so will the 95.
Main difference would be in the 15-20knot range where the 105 will obviously have a good advantage, the 95 perhaps the bigger advantage from 20-25knots, but here you already have the FW 85, so I guess the 105 is the better choice. Personally I always prefer a bit more volume as it´s just easier in almost all situations, regardless of the board model/type - so if you felt the previous 95 was a touch too small, then go for the 105? if the 95 was ok in terms of size, then perhaps the newer shape will give you the feeling you are looking for - but at 200pounds/90kg, I would think the 105 is probably the right choice.
Again, don´t worry too much about volume, it´s a lot more important to check the width and rocker line. The Skate is a board made for low end planing, ideally 10-20knots, so it´s quite different to the FreeWave which is made for more wind/chop/waves etc.
