Hi there, well based on your weight, experience, other board size/sail sizes - I would go for the FreeWave 85, in the 2020 model, which has better "bigger sail" ability than the previous model. The 95 would be a bit too close to your 105, especially for sails of 3.8-5.0. For sails of 5.3, both boards (85/105) will work well.. For the 6.0, it is possible to use it on the 85, but getting to upper limit, but for those winds you have the 105L board? I would not go for a waveboard, given you mention mainly flat water and gusty - the fuller outlines and flatter rockers of the FW are perfect for those conditions. The new FW and also older Stubby FW, are both very comfortable over the chop, as they tend to "hit" less into the chop due to the wider tail and bottom shape - the boards ride at a more tail up/nose down angle, instead of hitting the chop at the mast track like a classic FW style board will do which rides quickly up onto the fin? good luck!
