I have recently obtained brand new unused S1 foil to complement my 2018 Stubby Ltd Foil edition board.
While trial assembly of the foil the M6 Screws that mount the Wings to the fuselage are rather tight to try and get the screw fully inserted.
In particular the rear of (3) mounting screws for the main front wing. I feel as though I will end up burring the Phillips Head slots with periodic use (using correct size bit). Is this normal at the beginning? Should these (3) screws be all 30mm long?
The two large screws that mount the fuselage to the mast are allen keys heads, is it possible to convert the (5) wing mounting screws to hex head bits also ( to enable the use of one tool, eg typical bike Y allen key tool). If so what are the dimensions and particulars to make a compatible swap?
Looking forward to your answer, so as to be ready when we come out of lock down.
