Hi there, glad you like the FW - where do you have the mast track? we generally do recommend to not go further than the middle of the mast track. Straps second hole from the back on both front and back straps. And then perhaps check if your sail is too full in the front, this can also tend to push the nose down/cause nose-dives? The newer shapes like the FW/Grip etc, prefer a more upright rider style, as do newer sails - less back foot pressure, longer harness lines, upright stance...this allows the sails to breathe better, rather than the classic close the gap/short harness lines, lots of back foot pressure on the fin etc...maybe some of that helps, good luck!
