Hi there,
Sounds good - E type is not bad on the Jag, that's the best part about the Jag that you can use it with a multitude of sail types.
The Jag's were tested side by side with the Falcons, to get as much performance transfer as possible, but also to make sure they complement each other and to avoid overlaps in performance. Generally the Falcons work best with Warp sails, as the board is designed to be ridden powered up, with the corresponding powerful yet flat racesail. If you have the same top end fin, then yes, you will see the Falcon being better in top end speed and feeling more free.
However with the no-cam/2 cam sails, they do not trim the board 100% in the right position as the draft is less stable than a Warp where it remains locked in place. If you are a skilled rider you can compensate this, but it means usually a LOT of back hand pressure. The lower rocker and smaller cutouts of the Jag make it easier to use those sails.
So while it's always nice to persuade/advise people here to buy a new board, I would say you are better off sticking with your Jag with those sails and investing in some top fins. OR, you test some Falcons with your sails and see if they give you the extra speed you need with enough control?
