From your weight and the type of sailing / sail sizes you're describing I wouldn't rule out the ltd just yet. The 130 should give you plenty of support for slogging and the shorter length will be much more playful with your foil and the sail sizes you're describing.
I haven't had a chance to try the ltd yet (but will hopefully have the 115 in the soon) but have tried a similar design from another brand. For me these boards are 75% wind / 25% wing as in they're great for windfoiling and can be used to try wing but most people seem to move on to wing specific boards pretty quick if they're really into it.
The only advantage I would see to the HRS would be if you were going to look at larger 7m+ sail freeride / cruising type foiling in which case I'd probably go for the 140 to maximise the lower wind potential.
