Hi there, yes it is possible, of course a board for both disciplines at a top level is of course going to be a compromise, but lesser so at the beginning - once you become a better wingfoiler, you will want to advance to a smaller, shorter and more compact board, whilst a SUP foil board is for sure easier with some extra length. The easier to learn of the two is for sure wingfoiling, as SUP foiling just gives you a super short time up on the foil when learning, so wingfoiling is ideal for practising the foil skills you'll need for Sup foiling. Go for a Sky SUP, as this will be the best allrounder, or another option if you also want to do normal SUP in the waves, is the Bee range, which can do all three (plus windsurf foiling if needed). These are however longer and with a lot more emphasis on standard SUP too.
So you mention just Wing/SUP foiling, therefore the Sky Sup should be good, you are 92kg, no experience in foiling so I would take the 6'7" actually, I'm 76/78kg and learnt on the 6'11/6'7"/6'3" step by step downwards, 6'3 is quite small to learn SUP foiling and even winging right away with no foil experience. Hope that helps!
