Hi Joeri, yes, the Aero Free were designed for Winging initially, but they work very well for windfoiling too. 800 is quite a bit smaller, so presume it would be better for higher winds than the Flow 1000, the smaller Aero Free 800/1000 are also a bit thinner than bigger Wingfoiling wings, so they have a good top speed/less drag - which is important for windfoiling as you are mostly faster. Generally these Aero Free wings are more stable and not as nervous as the higher aspect Flow 1000 (1250/1500 Flow are less high aspect, so they are pretty stable already)
Back wings unchanged - and we recommend to use the windfoil Flow 215 back wing for windfoiling.
