Hi,

The time has come that I will refresh my good "old" Blast 130. Now I am in dubio... I have the Jag 94/108 ... should I replace it with a Jag 125 or Jag 135. It is for those "not that windy days". Available sails: DT Space: 6,6.6,7.3,7.8 and 8.3.
Any advice?

Hi Jochem,

Hmm, I think Jag 125 should do the job, that is 75cm wide vs you current Blast 130 (70cm). The 135 is quite a big bigger/wider, so not sure that will work too well with the smaller size sails/will be good with the 8.3. But the 8.3 will also work well with the 125.

What is the sail sweet spot for the 125?

I mean:
jag 94 6.0/6.6 (24kts+)
jag 108 7.3 / 7.8 (18kts+)

or do you have other numbers? 😉

about right yes, 125 from 12-18 knots with 8.3 but also up to 20/25 if needed...
with 7.8...
