Hey,
I´m looking for a new lightwind board. Winds in my area are around 10-18kts (main wind is around 7-10kts and gusts up to 18kts) on a typical lightwind day. My weight is 76kg and normally I use a 77cm wide slalom board with 8.6 on these conditions. However, if I´m honest the slalom board is only fun when full powered up and it is also a bit exhausting to pump it to get planning - so most of the time on such a day it is not that much fun with that board.
So I´m thinking of getting a JAG 138 or 158 but can´t decide which one fits better to my 8.6 and these lightwind days. I like going straight fast but on the other hand I even like more doing carving jibes and improving my @500 speeds.
Any suggestions what I should pick?
