Hi Craig,
there is not much to read here anymore. So far ok for me, because "my" products are all Duotone now and I would like to thank your for your and your team's support for us customers. 😀
May I add a request: Here at the Fanatic forum I always loved that all questions easily show up on one site. Even if some were not from interest for me I always had a good overview about what is going on and sometimes there were helpful ideas/hints for me when discussing products I did not own!
Now @ duotone as a winger and windsurfer I have to view appr. 20 web pages to find the interesting discussions. I understand that somehow it may for some potential customers make sense to have these questions at the end of each single product page. For me it would be better to have all questions regarding one sport on one site, e.g. - 1) windsurfing 2) wing foiling 3) kitesurfing 4) SUP boarding 5) surfing - instead of now: questions regarding wing foiling separated into appr. 7 wing pages, 10foil pages, 8 board pages. Same for windsurfing. 3),4) and 5) I am not interested in. May be consider such an approach @ your team?

thanks Jörg, yes I am also not 100% happy with the new format, as I also prefer the Fanatic style of easy access. We are working on improving things in that regard, but nowadays to be honest, not only answering q's on forums, YT channels, SoMe, it is quite a challenge to combine everything, besides the website. AI can probably help us there, not only for us to be more efficient, but also for customers to have one place to get info.
